Craig and his team founded Red Edge Labs to address a particular challenge that marketers face, to quickly execute relevant, personalized communications through an integrated multi-channel platform, in a one-stop environment, and get measurable results.
After studying business at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Craig gained marketing and advertising experience developing and managing national broadcast advertising and direct marketing campaigns for retail, consumer goods and business to business applications.
Craig lead a team for 10 years to design, build and manage cutting-edge integrated database marketing solutions for automotive, retail, banking and insurance clients. Solutions utilize sophisticated data-driven technology applications at a national and international scale, with full service mail, email, phone and web integrated campaign execution. Their break through Program Headquarters support systems created the vital link and delivered record breaking results for clients.
With 28 years of cross-functional business experience holding executive positions in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Development, Craig brings passion for customer-focused direct marketing and sound business principles to the enterprise.
Today Craig's focus is on growing Red Edge Labs by assembling the industries best talent, capable of delivering world-class direct marketing services and continuing to exceed client sales growth and customer retention expectations.

Steve Knier
Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Steve Knier brings over 15 years of marketing and operations experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Red Edge Labs. With a background spanning Market Research and Analysis, Management Operations, Marketing Strategy Development and Sales Support, and Integrated Marketing Communications, Steve brings a creative mindset and results-based orientation to the business.
Steve spent eight years helping Fortune 500 clients create stronger and more profitable customer relationships through highly targeted and relevant Integrated Marketing Communications. The design of these campaigns provided particular emphasis on supporting distribution channels, an element often overlooked in the design and execution of marketing communications. By focusing on delivering business impact from the campaigns, Steve provided tremendous returns for clients while turning their communications programs into sources of revenue.
Steve also spent several years in operations management, developing and refining business processes to create strong operating results in a variety of industries. This operational leadership experience creates an appreciation of the requirements for inclusion of people throughout an organization in the design of an effective marketing strategy and plan.
With a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis, including customer satisfaction, product concept testing, and customer preference models, Steve brings a discipline of testing and measurement to marketing plans and communication. Steve has an M.B.A. in marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management with an emphasis on Marketing to complement his B.A. in Economics/Business and Psychology from Cornell College. A member of the Direct Marketing Association, American Marketing Association, and American Management Association, Steve was a presenter at the 2006 DMA conference in San Francisco.

Rogers
Creative Director / Technology / Webmaster
Since the mid 1980's, Tim has assisted agencies and design firms move to the
digital age by converting their traditional mechanical workflow to electronic
pre-press and production. His unique ability to lead and develop projects such
as web, social/viral, mobile marketing, print,
brochures, media kits,PR and marketing campaigns have landed him in the
middle of million dollar accounts for companies such as Whirlpool, KitchenAid,
John Deere, Microsoft and Honda.
Tim started his own graphic design firm after working for several prominent ad
agencies as an Art Director. His vision has always been to provide creative and
proven solutions supported by in-depth research and support. In addition,
Tim consults for the graphic industry, teaches social media marketing, digital
media production and has been an early-version beta-tester for companies such
as Adobe, Aldus and Macromedia.
While staying ahead of the curve with the emergence
of social and viral media, Tim
has evolved into
an expert in all aspects of SEO,
social/viral/mobile marketing.
Tim sits on the Board of Directors for The Harbor
Country Public Arts Initiative, Indiana Business Magazine. A member

Roger Harvey
Creative Director / Designer
For over 40 years, Roger has has been a leader in the creative
industry as a graphic designer
and illustrator. He owned and operated his own cutting edge graphic
design firm in Chicago where his client list included many fortune
500 companies and advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett, Foot Cone & Belding, Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson, CNA Insurance, Coca Cola, and McDonalds.
Roger has been extensively
published in Vision, American
Artist's Today, Flash Magazine, CHICAIGAO, (The American Institute
of Graphic Arts) and many others. He has designed countless Packages,
hundreds of corporate logos more then 50 record albums and was for
many years on the Chicago chapter's jury that votes for Grammy Awards
in the category of Album/CD Graphics.
He has given workshops,
lectured and is also
an accomplished painter and mural artist. Since teaming up with
Red Edge Labs, Roger continues to win awards and leads the creative
department with fresh and brilliant ideas.

Noelle is the client advocate, being the centralized
point of contact with representatives
of the client organization,
leading the process in defining objectives, developing strategic
marketing strategies, designing multimedia marketing initiatives
and executing projects to meet client expectations. In addition,
Noelle is the primary liaison among the supporting staff comprised
of; Project Management, Creative and Design Services, Information
Systems, Contact Center Operations and Print and Fulfillment Operations,
leading the implementation of new projects from documentation,
communications, milestones, timelines and financial budget plan.
